Set a Password in Microsoft word -2007

It is possible to provide password to the word file. Because some users want to need to protect the word file.

So here some steps for provide password to the word file :

Step 1 : open MS word 2007



Step 2 : select office button  icon




Step 3 : select prepare option and click on encrypt document



Step 4 : now enter your password



Step 5: re enter your password for confirm password



Now your word file is protected from that password
