Step 1: open CMD

Press windows key+ R and in text box Type CMD

Step 2 : Now switch to your pen-drive from C:\  Just type H: and press Enter From keyboard

Note : Here H: is just example you type your pen-drive name.

Step 3: Now type this command   attrib -s -h *.* /s /d  and Press Enter from keyboard.

Now you can see hidden viruses and you can delete those viruses.
